Purpose: Extract maximum value from any video. Go beyond surface-level summaries โ capture the speaker's actual playbook, the things they almost didn't say, and the details most viewers miss.
Phase 1: Transcript & Metadata
- Pull the full transcript with timestamps
- Log metadata: Title, creator/speaker, publish date, channel, length, topic category
- Identify the speaker's credibility markers โ what results do they claim? What proof do they show? What company/role/experience do they reference?
Phase 2: First Sweep โ Main Points & Structure
Read through the full transcript and extract:
2A. Executive Overview (3-5 sentences)
- What is this video actually about?
- Who is the speaker and what's their angle?
- What's the ONE big takeaway if you only had 30 seconds?
2B. Core Framework / Main Points
- Numbered list of the main points, strategies, or steps the speaker lays out
- Include timestamps for each major point
- Note the logical flow: what depends on what?
2C. Tools, Platforms & Tech Stack
- Every tool, platform, service, or software mentioned
- What role does each one play in the system?
- Any alternatives mentioned?
2D. Numbers & Data Points
- Every specific number, stat, metric, cost, or result mentioned
- Context for each (what does it measure, what does it prove?)
Phase 3: Second Sweep โ Deep Details & Gold Nuggets
Go back through the transcript line by line looking for:
3A. Gold Nuggets โ Insights Most People Will Miss
- Offhand comments that reveal real strategy
- Things the speaker said casually that are actually huge
- Counterintuitive advice or contrarian takes
- "Oh by the way" moments that contain the real value
- Implicit strategies never explicitly stated
3B. Insinuated & Implied Information
- What did the speaker hint at but not fully explain?
- What can you infer from what they described?
- What's the thing between the lines?
- Business model implications they didn't spell out
- Future plans or directions hinted at
3C. Small Details That Matter
- Specific configurations, settings, ratios mentioned in passing
- Process quirks or edge cases they referenced
- Vendor preferences and why
- Timing, sequencing, or order-of-operations details

3D. Mistakes, Warnings & Lessons Learned
- What went wrong for them?
- What would they do differently?
- What did they explicitly warn against?

3E. Competitive & Market Intelligence
- What does this reveal about the market/industry?
- Who are the competitors mentioned or implied?
- What trends is the speaker riding or predicting?
- Pricing signals, market gaps, or opportunity windows

4A. Actionable Playbook
- If you wanted to replicate what the speaker described, what are the exact steps in order?
- What would you need to start? (tools, budget, skills, time)

4C. Connections & Applications
- How does this connect to other things you know?

Output Format
For each video, deliver:
